This early 1930’s English Tutor was updated from a 50 year old renovation to a transitional interior finishes not often seen in todays’ new construction homes. The challenging interior layout was reconfigured to create a modern kitchen and family room. In addition, there was a never utilized 1200 square foot third floor attic with high ceilings which was turned into a large den and bedroom with a full staircase. All the existing mechanicals where replaced with state of the art new systems.

Outside we repointed brick, installed new windows, restored an underutilized three season porch and created a new mahogany deck with French Doors accessible from the home.
