Worcester, MA

A former shoe-sole mill converted into 97 loft condominiums (2006), keeping the original exposed brick and beams. Builder's Choice Grand Award, Best Loft Conversion.

Chestnut Green Apartments

Historic Redevelopment

A former hospital redeveloped with Vinco Properties into 55 apartments (2009). The Victorian exterior was restored, including the slate roof, cupolas, wood trim, and masonry.
